If coming from the South or East
Take I-94 West to the Maple Grove Parkway exit. Turn right on Maple Grove Parkway. Follow Maple Grove Parkways to 99th Avenue North. You will see Fairview Maple Grove Medical center on your left at eh corner of 99th Avenue and Fernbrook Lane.
If coming from the North or West
Take I-94 east to the Maple Grove Parkway/95th Avenue exit. Turn right on Maple Grove Parkway. Follow Maple Grove Parkway to 99th Avenue North. Turn right on 99th Avenue North. You will see Fairview Maple Grove Medical center on your left at the corner of 99th Avenue and Fernbrook Lane.
