What to Expect

Midsota Surgical Suites has established charges based on routine materials, equipment, and nursing services necessary for your surgery. These are available upon your request. We do not itemize bills and the fee may be variable based on the length of time of your surgery. Payment to Midsota Surgical Suites covers only the fees for the use of this surgical facility. Professional services rendered by others, including your surgeon, anesthesiologist, and pathologist ARE NOT included in the facility fees and are billed to you separately.

It is your responsibility to obtain and provide referrals required by your insurance company. Co-payments required under the terms of your policy must be paid. We will submit a claim for our services to most insurance companies with complete information provided to us, including the name, address, and policy number.

You will be notified of any amount due on the account after the claim has been processed. You will continue to receive statements and it is your responsibility to follow up on all unpaid claims. If you would like to establish financial arrangements please call (320) 529-4289.

All elective cosmetic surgical procedures must be paid in full prior to your scheduled surgery date.
